MANAGEMENT OF ANTIBIOTIC THERAPY IN PATIENTS WITH MULTIPLE ORGAN FAILURE IN THORACOABDOMINAL SURGERY

               Multiple organ failure (MOF) may form and go in different ways, depending on the nature of the
etiological factor and individual response. Terms of detection and dynamics of the formation of  separate  syndromes  is  very variable, dysfunction of various organs can occur in various   combinations. OPA is formed and progresses as a result of severe non-specific reaction to injury or infection and  is accompanied by the development of the insolvency of two or more organ and  functional systems. Mortality in formation of the OPA ranges from 35 to 75%.
          Objective: evaluation of reference protocols of antibiotic prophylaxis and treatment methods for  monitoring the effectiveness of ongoing antimicrobial therapy.
               Treated 478 patients in the ICU and thoracoabdominal profile, operated in RSTSH named after academician V.Vahidova.
